3. partner.send with idempotency_key to a number you control
4. Configure a webhook endpoint you own and call partner.processOutbox

Safety

• Never commit or share real API keys
• There is no anonymous public “send free SMS” playground
• Partners: product surface is BizBionic only (no upstream carrier branding in your integration)
• Marketing SMS is blocked during quiet hours (9pm–8am recipient local). Use essential message_intent or schedule.
• New tenants may receive a compliance warning until 10DLC brand/campaign is approved — complete Trust Setup.
